Homemade Nutella: Ingredients: - 1 cup Cacao Powder - 1 cup cacao butter, melted - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1/4 tsp salt - 3/4 cup butter - 3/4 cups powdered sugar - 2 tbsp raspberry powder - 1/4 cup milk
Instructions: 1. Use a double boiler to melt the cacao butter on low heat. Add maple syrup, salt, and stir. 2. Sift cacao powder into the liquid ingredients and mix until combined. 3. Pour some melted chocolate into molds and tilt it on all sides to make sure they are covered. Put molds in the freezer for 5-10 mins. Chocolate will harden quickly. 4. Note: If the chocolate coating is too thin, you can add a second layer and put molds back in the freezer, otherwise the cups won't be strong enough when biting into them and will 'explode'. 5. Add butter (make sure the butter is at room temp), powdered sugar, raspberry powder, and milk to a food processor and blend until creamy. 6. Add some raspberry filling to the middle of each chocolate cup. 7. Finally, cover the filling with more chocolate so that you create completely coated cups. Put back in the freezer for 5-10 mins. 8. Remove molds and enjoy.
Chocolate Raspberry Heart Cups: Ingredients: - 1 cup Cacao Powder - 1 cup cacao butter, melted - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1/4 tsp salt - 3/4 cup softened butter - 3/4 cups powdered sugar - 2 tbsp organic raspberry powder - 1/4 cup milk
Instructions: 1. Use a double boiler to melt the cacao butter on low heat. Add maple syrup, salt, and stir well. 2. Sift cacao powder into the liquid ingredients and mix until combined. 3. Pour some melted chocolate into molds and tilt it on all sides to make sure they are covered. Put molds in the freezer for 5-10 mins. Chocolate will harden fast. 4. Note: If the chocolate coating is too thin, you can add a second layer and put molds back in the freezer. 5. Add butter (must be at room temp for about 20 min before starting – it shouldn't be runny or melted, but should be malleable), sugar, raspberry powder, and milk to a food processor and blend until creamy. 6. Add some raspberry filling to the middle of each chocolate cup. 7. Finally, cover the filling with more chocolate so that you create completely coated cups. Put back in the freezer for 5-10 mins. 8. Remove molds and enjoy.

Puree until the mixture is smooth and velvety, adding additional syrup or milk as needed. 4. Place the mousse into a few small cups and add the topping (you can also add some leaves of fresh mint if you want). 5.
